First bite of breakfast explodes in my mouth, surprisingly light, bright, refreshing. New flavors. I realize I'm enjoying a tasty, grain-free, dairy-free, warm breakfast: chia seeds with coconut butter, banana, maple syrup, and today’s new addition: kiwi. That alongside a couple of leftover, reheated celery pancakes -- also grain and dairy-free topped with sour cream (there's the dairy for you!) and sauerkraut. Breakfast for Sensitives! Canary Champions!
